Wilma has now dropped from a size 24 to a much slimmer size 14, but she’s still getting used to looking for her new figure.
“Because I was quite tall and 24, it was difficult to buy clothes. I hated it!” said Wilma. “Trying to convince myself that I could squeeze into an 18 was soul-shattering! Even now when I go shopping (even though I’m size 14), I still take the size 24 into the locker room just in case … it’s insane. “
When Lockdown arrived, however, Wilma feared that she would not reach her target weight – but a new job gave her the help she needed to lose weight.
Wilma got a new job at Tesco and worked for the online team to handle orders for online customers – which means a lot of movement.
“I love it because now I have to run and be active and do at least 10,000 steps per shift!” revealed Wilma.
“I have the Step app on my phone and I love to record the activities in my fitness area in the WW app.”
